Dominique has her Master’s degree and PhD in social work and is a researcher, professor and social work practitioner.

Giselle Rodriguez

Giselle Rodriguez is the State Outreach Coordinator for the Florida Coalition against Human Trafficking. She has trained staff members in numerous code enforcement, law enforcement, faith based organizations, health care providers, social service providers, judges and prosecutors. Giselle has been able to collaborate and volunteer as a trainer for the Organization of America States Anti Trafficking in Persons Unit.

Dr. Kirby K. Reutter

Dr. Reutter is a bilingual psychologist at Gateway Woods in Leo, Indiana. Dr. Reutter has one degree in Spanish and two advanced degrees in psychology. Dr. Reutter has conducted original international research which was subsequently published by two different sources. Most recently, Dr. Reutter was invited to present his research findings at MIT in Cambridge, MA. Dr. Reutter specializes in working with traumatized youth, residential populations, and Spanish-speaking clients.

Kelly Ranasinghe

Kelly Ranasinghe is a Senior Program Attorney at the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. He is a nationally certified Child Welfare Law Specialist and lead staff for the National Judicial Institute on Domestic Child Sex Trafficking. Mr. Ranasinghe has authored articles in juvenile law, and conducts trainings in domestic violence and child protection. Mr. Ranasinghe is a former public defender and has represented juvenile victims of domestic child sex trafficking.

Elizabeth Ranade-Janis

Elizabeth Ranade-Janis, is the Anti-Trafficking Coordinator for the State of Ohio. She manages Governor Kasich’s Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force and works in close partnership with local service providers, law enforcement and advocates to effectively combat human trafficking as a state. Priority initiatives include changing Ohio’s laws to increase protections for victims and penalties for offenders, building capacity of local anti-trafficking coalitions and partners, launching a statewide awareness campaign, creating an online toolkit of resources for the state, and improving data collection to better understand and respond to the crime of trafficking in Ohio. Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development from the Ohio State University.

Dr. Roma Raj is a medical graduate from India and Mulk Raj is a Phd. Both became LPCs in 2004 and are Licensed Counselors (USA) and Physician-Healers (India). To understand modus operandi of trafficking and prostitution, both Roma & Mulk work with female destitute and children from slums in Delhi and have trekked in the Himalayas. In USA they work as volunteers with American Red Cross and have co-authored a book on human sexuality with Dr. Fred Peterson, a well known sex therapist.

Taiwo Olabisi Oluwatoyin

Taiwo Olabisi has a Certificate in Gender Studies from The University of Amsterdam Netherlands and a Masters Degree in Development Studies with a Specialization in Women and Gender Studies from Erasmus University Netherlands.
She has worked for 10 years in the field of human trafficking as a social worker and trainer. In January 2015, she established the Women Capabilities Enhancement and Empowerment Organization, an organization committed to women empowerment.

Audrey Morrissey is the Associate Director of My Life My Choice. Since 2002, MLMC has offered a unique continuum of survivor-led services aimed at preventing commercial sexual exploitation. As a survivor who is a national leader in the field of trafficking, Ms. Morrissey provides direct services as well as trains providers nationally. Ms. Morrissey is a 2008 recipient of the Petra Foundation Fellowship and a 2012 recipient of The Philanthropic Initiative’s Boston Neighborhood Fellows Award.

Although a former victim of sex trafficking, Michelle Moore has overcome the disease of addiction and prostitution and has become a strong support for those still caught in the life. She has seven and a half years of sobriety, and is working at Salvation Army"s program RISE as an adult recovery support specialist. Michelle is a certified Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant and has her Bachelor’s in Counseling ,she plans to pursue her Master’s in Counseling in 2016 at The University of Toledo.

A child victim of sexual exploitation, D’Lita Miller endured 15 years of hardship including her daughter being trafficked. Then she walked away, enrolled in college and began her journey. Peter Swartz

In 2006 Detective Pete Swartz was assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's - Northwest Ohio Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force where he investigates sex trafficking matters, specializing in domestic minor sex trafficking investigations. Detective Swartz instructs at the Ohio Police Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) and has taught sex trafficking investigation courses at The Toledo Police Academy as well as throughout the state of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio Attorney Generals Human Trafficking Commission and the Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition. Detective Swartz was the 2013 recipient of the Paladin Award and in 2014 the Ohio Liberator Award for his work combating sex trafficking.
