Davina P. Durgana, PhD is the Senior Technical Advisor on Human Trafficking for SeraphimGLOBAL where she directs the SeraphimGLOBAL research in the anti-human trafficking field. She is also a Report Author of the Walk Free Foundation's Global Slavery Index, and an Associate Professor at SIT Graduate Institute in Washigton, D.C. Her current work focuses on developing a domestic human trafficking statistical forecasting model and profiling minor vulnerability in the United States.

Kathy Vasquez, is Associate Vice President for Government Relations at the University of Toledo and Director of the UT and Ohio Statewide Area Health Education Center (AHEC) for Ohio's seven medical schools. She is also Project Director of the MedTAPP Health Care Access grants for Community Health Worker training. Her areas of specialization are, public policy and advocacy, program development and implementation, healthcare workforce policy, community-based education, and collaborative ventures. Kathy holds a Master's of Science and Education and holds the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine, as well as in the Public Health Program

Baldemar Vasquez

Baldemar grew up in a migrant farm-worker family based in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. He graduated from Bluffton College with a BA in Sociology. Baldemar founded the Farm Labor Organizing Committee (FLOC). Under his leadership FLOC has set international precedents in labor history, including being the first union to negotiate multi-party collective bargaining agreements, and the first to represent H2A international guest workers under a labor agreement. Baldemar is an internationally recognized leader in the farm-worker and immigrants' rights movements.
