Dr. Charles Hounmenou is an assistant professor at the Jane Addams College of Social Work, University of Illinois at Chicago. Formerly a research specialist at the College’s Center for Social Policy and Research, he conducted substantial research on human trafficking and police brutality in the U.S.A.
