Ashley Wickerham-Cutcher holds a masters in social work, and is the Associate Director of the Human Trafficking and Social Justice Institute at the University of Toledo. Mrs. Wickerham-Cutcher is the co-chair of the Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition’s Protocols Committee. She is also a member of the Ohio Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Commission’s Research & Analysis committee as well as an International Human Trafficking & Social Justice Conference committee member.
