Amanda Colegrove is the Safe Harbor Expansion Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Health. She is integrating a response for labor trafficked youth through age 24. She works with state agencies, survivor advisory groups, and tribal nations. Previously, she was the organizer for the Coalition Against Trafficking & Exploitation.
