Pat Stephens is the Director of the Provider Supports Department at the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Pat worked eight years in the Mental Health field and 21 years with individuals with developmental disabilities. She’s a member of the Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition and a Point-of-Contact for the PATH Project.
