Celia Williamson, PhD
Dr. Celia Williamson founded the first anti-trafficking program in Ohio in 1993, completed nine studies, 17 articles/reports, and edited two books on sex trafficking. She is the director of the Human Trafficking and Social Justice Institute at the University of Toledo, and is the primary investigator for the PATH Project. She chairs the Research and Analysis Subcommittee for the Ohio Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Commission, and is an Editorial Manager for the Journal of Human Trafficking.
