Registration is now closed and we unfortunately cannot accept any late registrations.

Please note:

  • Refunds for conference registration CANNOT be processed after September 10, 2024.

  • We are not responsible for any WiFi/bandwidth issues attendees may have while accessing the virtual conference. It is the attendees’ responsibility to ensure they have adequate internet connection. We will not provide refunds for internet connection/tech-related issues during the virtual conference.

  • Accommodations: We are committed to accessibility for our conference. Each attendee can submit a request for accommodations by emailing us at info@traffickingconference.com. Someone from our team will confirm your request within 5 business days of your submission. All requests must be received by Friday, August 23rd to ensure we can secure vendors. We will do everything we can to meet every request, but there may be rare cases where we are unable to do so. In the event this happens, we will communicate that to the attendee and offer a full refund.

Continuing Education Credits (CEs)

Each year, our conference offers up to 12 Continuing Education Credits for a variety of professional licenses. You can earn up to 4 CE’s a day at our three-day conference, for a total of 12 CEs.

Please review the list below to see what Boards have approved our CEs. Most of our CEs are approved only in Ohio. You may have to reach out to your state’s professional Board to make sure they will accept these CEs (most will).

  • Chemical Dependency - Approved for up to 12 recognized clock hours for chemical dependency credits through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals (OCDP) Board.

  • Counseling - Approved for up to 12 Continuing Education Units through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapy (CSWMFT) Board.

  • Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) - Approved for up to 7 Continuing Education Units through the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities who is an approved provider through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.   • Health Education - Approved for up to 12 Category I credits for CHES/MCHES through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC). CLICK HERE to view the breakout sessions that are approved for CHES credit.

  • Legal - Approved for up to 12 General CLEs through the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education.

  • Marriage & Family Therapy - Approved for up to 12 Continuing Education Units through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapy (CSWMFT) Board.

  • Occupational Therapy - Approved for up to 12 Contact Hours through the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers (OTPTAT) Board.

  • Public Health - Up to 12 CPH Recertification Credits may be earned at this event through the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE).

  • Social Work - Approved for up to 12 Continuing Education Units through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapy (CSWMFT) Board.
