Fenix McClay is the founding CEO of Mosaic Consulting Co. LLC, and creator of the STEPS Evaluation Program. They have over ten years of experience in the Anti-Human Trafficking Movement performing on advisory boards, non- profit experience, consultations, program evaluation, and research. They hold lived experience in labor, familial, and cult-controlled trafficking.
