Melissa Kaiser, LBSW

Melissa Kaiser has been a licensed social worker for eleven years. Melissa is certified in compassion fatigue and secondary trauma with six years of experience in training, consultation, and support to her team members. She is a TEND trainer, providing trainings throughout North Dakota and the U.S. and assisted in creating secondary trauma and compassion fatigue programming for North Dakota service providers and first responders.
