Mr. Elda Nduka Okolo-Obasi has his Master’s in Development Studies from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a doctoral candidate and research fellow in the Institute for Development Studies, University of Nigeria and also a research fellow in the Development Strategy Centre, a private think tank, based in Enugu, Nigeria.
