Celia Williamson, PhD, MSW

Dr. Celia Williamson has been engaged in anti-trafficking work and research for 29 years and has numerous articles, books, and reports. She founded the first anti-trafficking program in Ohio and directly worked with victims. She serves as the Director of the University of Toledo Human Trafficking and Social Justice Institute.
