John Padgett is a retired violent crimes detective who served on the Georgia’s child abuse, child fatality, and domestic violence review boards. His arrests include two serial child molesters, three serial rapists, and Augusta, Georgia’s first serial murderer. His recent publications are in SAGE Publications 2018, Encyclopedias of Criminal Psychology.
